TCNJ is a national leader in PreK–12 technology, engineering, and integrative STEM education. This 36-credit program explores current, integrative, design-centric teaching and learning methods in these areas, with a personalized learning environment led by dedicated faculty. You’ll gain practical skills ranging from curricular writing and inclusive practices to assessments. The program is offered in online and hybrid formats to accommodate working teaching professionals.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

The program is ideal if you’re in service/currently teaching or have reasonable access to PreK–12 students. You can be certified in any state and work in a public, private, charter, or magnet school setting (and potentially in an informal setting). Since this program emphasizes design-centric learning, it’s a good fit for applicants from both STEM and non-STEM content areas.
